Full Beef - DEPOSIT

Imagine your freezer stocked with delicious, locally-raised beef! Our half beef shares come directly from Buffalo River Ranches Waynesboro, TN. Our cattle are raised on green pastures and are grain-finished for optimal flavor. After reaching the optimal slaughter weight, they're deliver to a local processing facility and dry-aged for 14-21 days. The dry-aging process tenderizes the meat and enhances its flavor.

Your half beef will be custom cut to your preferences. Before processing, a representative  will contact you to review the cut sheet and answer any questions. We'll then schedule a convenient pickup time.

Whole beef is priced at $7.50 per pound, based on the animal's hanging weight. With estimated hanging weights between 700 and 900 lbs., the total cost will approximately be between $5,250 and $6,750. After weighing, we'll invoice you for the final amount, less your deposit. You'll receive a receipt for the final charge. 

Our beef is vacuum-sealed to preserve its freshness for over 12 months in your freezer. Buffalo River recommends one cubic foot of freezer space for every 30-35 pounds of beef.

Your deposit secures your order and reserves your place in line. Please allow up to six weeks for your beef to be ready for pickup. We currently do not offer shipping.
