After reaching the optimal slaughter weight, they're deliver to a local processing facility and dry-aged for 14-21 days. Before processing, a representative  will contact you to review the cut sheet and answer any questions. With estimated hanging weights between 700 and 900 lbs., the total cost will approximately be between $5,250 and $6,750. After weighing, we'll invoice you for the final amount, less your deposit.
